At Lumille Beauty, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure every product meets our high-quality standards. However, if you experience any issue with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Returns
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or unsealed beauty products.
However, we will gladly replace or refund items that are:
Damaged during shipping
Incorrectly sent (wrong item or quantity)
Defective or expired upon arrival
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the following details:
Order number
Product name
Description of the issue
Clear photos showing the damage or error
Once verified, our support team will guide you through the replacement or refund process.
2. Refunds
Refunds are approved only for eligible cases as mentioned above.
Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In case of promotional or discounted purchases, the refund will be made at the discounted value.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the items have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
4. Damaged or Missing Items

with your order details and supporting images.
We will investigate the issue and arrange a suitable solution—either a replacement, store credit, or refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Opened skincare or cosmetic products
Items purchased during promotions or clearance sales
Gift cards or digital vouchers
